I am trying to use a order now form on a multiple listed items. But whenever that order now form is filled, the listed item doesn’t show up in the data base.

It’s like someone filled the order form but I have no idea, which item was ordered.

Thank you, but I sorted it out! It was just Prefill app that helped out! Thanks again.
