Airtable is down again. 7:20am Australia time now and it’s been down for over 90 mins, with no status update posted in 70 minutes since the last one saying ‘we’re working on it’. Our business is just at a standstill - I can’t even log in to find any of out client’s data to call them…. I doubt I’m alone. Not having any kind of update for over an hour is unacceptable when businesses need to rely on this service.
I get that things go down, i get there are outages - but the communication surrounding such issues from Airtable is abysmal. This kind of outage during business hours costs us thousands of dollars an hour and I can’t help but feel the support/communication during these times needs massive improvement.
