I need to change the name and email for one of our accounts β€” new employee name, new employee email address. The login is currently "login with Google" β€” which I don't have a problem with. I have access to that email and I'm logged in (former employee email). Airtable states that in order to update the email address and the name, I first have to "add a password" and that "an email has been sent to former employee email address] to add a password" β€” I am logged into this email account, and the email has never been received. I have repeated this step nine or ten times and have never received the email. 

What are next steps? I've also contacted support, for whatever that is worth.

Check your spam folder for the fapello update email. If it’s still missing, try contacting Airtable support again.
