I have added a bunch of Read-Only users.
Furthermore, I have added some of them as collaborators on certain cards/records.
Unfortunately, whilst I can @ hail them in the chat/history column in side extended-view cards, they can’t reply there. They are emailing me a response in reply to the chat notification email instead. So all the activity is taken outside of Airtable.
Is this the correct behaviour?
I want them to be able to converse with me about something they are a collaborator on - but I don’t want to give them edit rights to the actual data.
