Is there a way to default all views created by Editors to be Personal Views? It’s possible that this is the default but I’m unable to test properly with only a couple logins.

+35No, it is not yet possible to set defaults like that in Airtable.
However, Airtable does contain (much disliked) behavior that after 20 views are created in an entire base, all new views will default to personal views from that point forward. The vast majority of users hate this behavior because it is the #1 cause of confusion in Airtable, and most of us are hoping that they will remove this behavior soon.
In the meantime, if you really desire this behavior, for now you can create 20 views in your base to get this behavior.
