Hello, We are having problem with Attachment Field.

We use mobile devices to upload photos on airtable, but the photos are not getting uploaded...

Anybody having same issue?
From my observation, the Airtable mobile apps is not working.

I tired with multilple devices, Galaxy S devices, Iphone, Ipad...
Logged out and re-logged in, but its not working at all.

Same issue

Yes we are experiencing the same issue. Causing serious issues in our workflows

Me too, uploading from mobile devices, both iPhone and Android faced the same problem.

But the desktop PC still work fine.

The issue is reported to the support team, please fix, Airtable.

Same issue here - both iOS (tested on multiple devices) and also API doesn't allow to upload images.

Same issue here.

We have also submitted a support ticket. This is a critical feature for our team. Has anyone heard anything from Airtable support yet?

Received this from AT Support

"We’re incredibly sorry for the trouble - Airtable is currently experiencing problems with attachment uploads, and our engineers are actively working on the issue. We know that you rely on Airtable, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption that this downtime is causing you. It’s not the experience we want you to have.

We will be in touch as soon as we have any updates! Thank you for your patience."

Same issue here, you can't bypass with computer upload either

Now we are able to upload photos!
But airtable still says it is in the fix, so we are double checking every upload until it is resolved.

But it is working at the moment.

Over here we are experiencing the same issue. This is a critical feature for our team as well.

I'd like to remark that the upload works fine from desktop. And it also works via mobile app when logged in with a base Owner account. However, it does not work when done via mobile app when using Editor permission.
