I tried pro, but it was cancelled in less than 5 minutes. My credit card received the bill today?

You’re going to need to contact Airtable directly. Staff don’t solve billing disputes here, and only really get involved in Ask The Community if a post gets a lot of traction.

Maybe they haven’t been to work yet, only robot customer service
