It seems like it is possible to lock the views of your tables after hiding the fields. That way, when you do embed or share the link of your view, the fields will stay hidden.
Make sure to toggle off the “Show view controls” and copy paste the new URL. That is the one you want to share.
However when you share the entire base, the embedded link will show with hidden fields but the person will be able to show the hidden fields with a simple click.
So if you have sensitive data in your base, I would recommend you to stick with the safest way : sharing the locked views and not the entire base.
