Hi everyone 👋

I’m using Airtable on the Team Plan, and I manage several bases within the same workspace.
Each base is shared with different people (some as Editor, Commenter, or Read-only).

I want to make sure that none of these collaborators especially Editors, Commenters, or Read-only users can duplicate, copy, or move my bases into their personal workspaces.

What should I do?

Thanks for your help.

Try turning on the restriction for sharing?  First, head to workspace settings:

You should then see this:

After you toggle it on, only Creators and Owners should be able to duplicate the base according to the documentation:

After trying few things, I can see that I need to change my plan and move to the Business plan.

I need to confirm the pricing structure for creating multiple distinct bases (one account per client), while implementing controls to prevent clients from duplicating the base to their personal workspaces, even as they retain the ability to modify certain elements within their designated base.

What is the cost per client for this setup? Currently, I am on a Team Plan, but sharing a base with other editors still allows them to duplicate the base to their personal workspace.

Hmm, given that you’d need to be on the Business plan, each seat would cost $45.  May want to look into whether you could use Portals instead for this to keep costs lower?
