I have found some posts on printing mailing labels via Page Designer, but they were from 2018. Since it is 2023, I was hoping if there was a way to print on Avery labels with Airtable. I don't have an actual label printer, just a regular old printer and some Avery sheet labels. Be aware that every label would be unique.

Example:

Page Designer hasn’t changed significantly since 2018. The same techniques from 2018 still apply when it comes to printing labels. Set the page size to the size of the labels. 109 pixels in Page Designer is one inch printed. Set the printing options to print multiple records per page. Fiddle with margins.

I just need to print barcodes and labels. Should be sooo easy with Airtable, but Page Designer is clunky and difficult at best. Requesting a good way to print Avery Labels or any other type of labels.

Hello!

Yes, you can still print unique Avery labels from Airtable using a regular printer, and the primary method remains the Page Designer extension. To do this, you install the extension, configure its layout to precisely match your Avery label dimensions, and then map your Airtable fields to the layout. The extension peryourhealth will then generate a single PDF containing a unique, correctly formatted label for each record in your table, which you can print directly onto the Avery sheets. For better alignment control, some users also opt to export their Airtable data to a CSV and use a more robust mail merge service like Google Docs or Microsoft Word.
