So in search extensions say I search up like “walmart” and all the Walmart tabs come up how can I print that?

Airtable has no built-in printing capabilities outside of the extremely limited Page Designer extension which only lets you print one record per page (although you could make the page very small and print multiple “pages” onto one piece of paper).

Outside of that, you would need to create your own printing solution.

Lots of people enjoy using DocuMint or Docupilot for their printing needs, which can both be automated with either their Airtable extensions or a no-code automation tool like Make.com.

Airtable also has limited functionality for creating very basic Google Documents, which you can then print from Google.

Welcome to the Airtable community!

The Search extension does not have built in print capabilities. You can run Airtable in a web browser and use the regular web browser print functionality. The results won’t be pretty though.

You can also create a filtered view that shows only the records you want. Then you can print the filtered view.
