Produce pdf from attachments: pdf and images without page designer

Hi, I’m trying to produce a document from records with attachments, including images and pdf files.
Page Designer produces blurred pages, and nothing I try help (I tried changing the page dimentions and image dimensions, but it still produces images in very low resolution and weight).
How can I do this using an app? (I wanted to use formstack, but it’s very expensive, about 100$ a month). thanks!
