Hi all,

I hope you’re well.

I'm building a paid directory and I need to integrate invites link in my IT strategy.

However, I'd like people who might stop paying the subscription to no longer have access to the directory (without deleting the invite link).

Does someone know if this is possible ?

You can remove someone from base access by clicking on the “Share” button in the upper right corner of the Data layer, then clicking on the user profile icons where it says “People with access”. You can remove them from the next page that comes up.

Thanks for replying.

But if I do that, the person will still have access to the base if she clics again on the invite link wouldn't she ?

Oh, I see what you’re saying. Unfortunately, yes, they would still have access if you distribute a link to people. So your best bet would be to invite people by email address instead of a link.
