Is there any way to remove the "Download CSV" option from member databases?
I wanted to keep the data only in the cloud and not have the option to extract the data this way.
+21If you provide access to the data layer I think it always lets you download as CSV. That said you should be able to turn off CSV downloads in an interface, so I’d say just build a simple interface and provide access to that instead of the actual data grid. Of course determined folks will still just copy/paste out the data (Excel is truly the cockroach of computing, infinitely adaptable and impossible to exterminate) but that should help some.
