Reorder, but no option to grab?

Hello,
I apologize; this likely has a simple answer, but I cannot figure it out. I am trying to figure out how to reorder records in a table. There does not seem to be an option to grab and drag anything; when I try, it just fills in a check mark where the number is. I copied this airtable from another user, and this is my first time using airtable. I am very unfamiliar.
