My boss wants to use a checkbox in Airtable so a Customer can:



  1. Click the checkbox

  2. Receive an acknowledgment that the checkbox was clicked

  3. Reset the checkbox so it could be checked again by a different Customer to the same effect


Is this type of looping supported? If so, any idea what it would look like?

While automations can be used to change field values (including checkboxes), your mention of customers changing these values brings up a lot of questions in my mind, mostly about the design of your base and where this checking/unchecking falls within the bigger picture.
