Restricting database access/permissions

Hello! I’m building an Airtable containing data which I wish to sell access to.

Is there a way I can do the following:

1. create an account & password for individual users (so that I can add / remove access according to their billing status)

2. restrict users’ ability to interact with a view (e.g unable to view certain columns or export etc)
