Hi @cathy_adams - go to the History menu - top right corner of your base:

Then go into Trash - you should be able to see your actions in there and can restore them as needed:

Since this post was written, the link to trash has moved from the history menu onto the top bar directly:

Thank you., That is exactly what had us confused. We were afraid the trash bin icon was there to delete content, not recover it.
