I’ve been looking and looking but I can’t seem to find a viable way to return to the workspace from a base. I always have to return to airtable.com on the address bar. That can’t be right.

You’ll want to click on the icon in the top-left corner of the base (directly to the left of the base name) to return to your workspace. It will either be the Airtable logo, or the icon for your base, depending on what you’ve chosen for each base.
