How do I add risk management into a project? For example: I have a timeframe, and assign a risk, which gives me a pessimistic and optimistic view of time padded onto the start/end date. I’ve seen this in other tools, where it changes the color, so the center block is assigned, to the left is optimistic, and right is pessimistic.

So to manage the record, you can add a formula that will add # of days on each side based on risk. So a optimistic start and pessimistic end as a formula. That will give you the pad.


Showing up on the Gantt might be a little tricky, perhaps use the Vega block to visualize?
