I have created an automation on my ATS airtable base - that automatically send an email when a particular status change occurs. However, I would like to delay this email, i.e. I do not want the email to be sent as soon as the status is changed, I would like it to be sent after 1 day for example. How do I go about this?
+6I’ve worked around this with a View, and the trigger is when the record enters the View.
You have a few ways you could configure your view: The view can be based on “Last Modified Time” as yesterday. Or, if your modifying more to a record than just the status, you could add a layered filter of a checkbox or date field. It’s not the best, but it works!
