I can not figure out how to configure the view so I will only see newest data on product number.
I have multiple rows where the first column has the product number in it, next date inn how can I view only the newest recount of the date for each product number.

You can open View, choose to add Grid View, use the Sort option to put Newest on top.
If you want it to be divided by Product Number, choose Group By > Product Number.
This should do it.
