Is there a way to send the document created in page designer field straight to attachment field, rather than manually downloading it and uploading it to Attachment field?

+35Unfortunately, you can’t automate the Page Designer in any way, and there is no native PDF functionality in Airtable.
So you would need to use external tools to accomplish both of these tasks — both creating the PDF file and automatically putting in an attachment field.
One of the newest tools on the market that does this really well is DocuMint.
But you can also use an external automation platform like Integromat to do this with FormStack Documents or DocuPilot or many others.
You can also do this with MiniExtensions + DocuPilot.

As an alternative, you can use typeflow.us. it will help you to generate PDFs based on Airtable data. We use Google Docs as template.
We offer a lifetime plan currently at 150$. This plan lets you generate as many pdf as needed.
