Hello, 

I have a basic form for people to request new feature. 

When i open the form and submit all goods. 
When some of the users open the form they have the message: “Error Refresh Server”. 

Any idea what’s the issue ?

Not sure… I would open a support ticket with support@airtable.com to report the error message.

Send them a screenshot or a Loom video so they can see what you see  

If this is an urgent situation, I would try rebuilding your form — either in Airtable or Fillout’s advanced Airtable forms — and distributing the new form link to your users.

Is this the error you are seeing?

 


A few things you could try from your side:
- Try setting the form access to "Anyone on the web" and turn off the “Track submitter” option.
- If your form uses conditional visibility and one of the conditions refers to a deleted or changed field, this can break the form. Review your form to see everything is as expected.

Try setting the form access to "Anyone on the web" and turn off the “Track submitter” option

 

There is not a “track submitter” option in Airtable.

However, Airtable does have an option entitled “See who submitted a response”.
