I would like to be able to see which records were submitted through my online form. Is there a way to set a field based on whether it came through a form submission?

+4The only way to tell (if you use Airtable forms) is to look at the revision history in Expanded view - you would see this:
If you chose an external form (connected with Zapier) then you could set a field value (maybe a Single Select) to show it was captured online.
