A bunch of people use a Shared Link that I created. When opened they have the option to filter data in this view, which is really nice.
In this view they are allowed to print (or export to csv). Now, I found out that, when filtered, the Print command will still show all records! That’s too bad, because especially with a lot of records, you really don’t want to print all of them.
Is it possible to adjust this? Frankly, it feels like this is a bug.

Just had the same question today. What’s the use of being able to filter, group, etc as a viewer, when you can’t print it?
Is there anyone at Airtable actually assisting with this? OR did you manage to find a solution?
Hi - Is anyone aware of a solution to this (apart from creating a new view in Airtable)? We want viewers of the shared URL to be able to filter and print the results.
