Can I share a calendar as read only which I create as a pro user sharing with a free user or / and someone who has not even signed up to airtable without paying for an additional user.

Yes… anyone you invite to your base as a “Read-only” user will not incur a charge. And sharing a calendar view through a share link will make it publicly available to anyone with the link as a read-only calendar, also not incurring a charge.
