i want to share 2 interfaces with one person, as a commenter, will i pay for him twice?

No, you will just pay for him once.

Billing is done by the workspace, so any combination of workspace sharing, base sharing, or interface sharing with one particular person will only result in one charge for that person.

Scott is right. For further context, please check Airtable’s pricing page as well as FAQ below. A User is pretty much an email address (e.g. mike@demo.com is still one user even if he is shared 2 interfaces, bases, or any other combination, as long as those correspond to the same workspace).
