Single select filtering from previous single select option

I would like to be able to have a list that leads into a list, I cant figure this one out
Single select one would be Audio Gear and Video Gear, If I select audio gear, in the next single select drop down I would only like the Handheld mic, Lav and IFB options to be visible and nothing form the video gear category.
Audio Gear
- Handheld Mic
- Lav
- IFB
Video Gear

  • Switcher
  • SDI Converter
  • Monitor

If its possible without creating a hundred new tables that would be great

    Any chance this is via a Form? If so we could probably cobble something together that seemed similar to what you’re looking for
