Me and my friend playing “neighborhood” soccer and we want an automatic mechanism that will build equal teams, based on a score for each player for these stats: Speed, Pass, Shoot, Defense.

We are 20 people and we play 5X5, so its 4 teams.

Each player will receive a form and he will fill each stat (Pass, Speed, etc) for every player from the group.

What do I need to do for creating 4 equal teams based on this score, and how do I create the form to be the most comfortable for filling (I don’t want that every player will fill 19 different forms)?

In the end, I want to create 4 equal score teams that will be created automatically
