I’m looking for a way for my client to be able to automatically track his calls and airtable. Is there any third-party integration that you guys know of that would take the calls that he makes and put it into airtable?

Interesting. Maybe you could install a call log backup app that transfer items as emails (I had one in the past), and the automate it with Zapier. 🤷

I know IFTTT has phone calls you can log / connect with other services:

Hey @Hashim_Warren,

What I did in the past for a couple of clients was connect their communication software (they were mostly using RingCentral to this effect, but you can find different softwares out there) to Airtable by using Zapier, Make, or n8n (you can read more on these automation/integration softwares here).

Furthermore, we checked if the phone number on the other side of the line was already registered as a contact on our Airtable base. If it was not there, we created the contact to make sure that we would link the call adequately and track amount of calls for each client, latest interaction, etc.

If you’d like to discuss this in further detail, I’d be happy to hop on a brief call.
