Trouble with logging in

I received a link to input my available times into my organization’s AirTable Calendar, but the page keeps telling me to Sign Up or else I won’t be able to contribute anything. I had already signed in, but every time I clicked on this calendar link, I was unable to add anything link because it continuously told me that I wasn’t signed in! What should I do? Thank you so much!
