Undo an import?

Hi AirTable Folks -

I’m making liberal use of the CSV Import function. However I just unfortunately over-wrote some data I did not intend to. After reading through the data, I realized my mistake. I tried using “undo” but AirTable is not undoing the import through the undo function.

Is there some way to undo a block import into AirTable?

There’s a big difference between an undo and a roll-back. Unless the CSV import process were to take a snapshot before overwriting (a decidedly smart enhancement) the only other remedy is to perform a roll-back from an Airtable snapshot.

Thanks Bill! I agree with you - a snapshot upon import could be great, so each import could have a roll-back state associated with it.
