UNRESOLVED: Airtable outage

Airtable seems to be suffering a major outage. None of the tables load, and shows an error that starts with “pgl…..”, asking to Refresh the page. But Refresh takes a long time, and the same result.

Everyone faces the same issue. Our operations stopped and cars and customers got stuck in our car workshop. This is very frustrating but if is fixed within an hour we can survive. If longer it will cause big issues since we have very tight schedulle and it is monday early morning..

Keep an eye on https://status.airtable.com/ but it is potentially due to Amazon having issues with AWS; https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

Is it back? I’m unable to sync with Softr. Anyone else having this issue? I asked Softr Admin and they say its Airtable side

Airtable is back for us, but I found I had to navigate to www.airtable.com instead of refreshing the browser windows I have open automatically in Google Chrome when I start up.

i’m having the same issue with SOFTR. For me, not everything is resolved yet, even though the Airtable bases are accessible again:  https://status.airtable.com/

It’s running, but automations that normally run in the space of seconds are taking 30 minutes to process. i don’t think it is fixed yet.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this issue.

The earlier disruption, caused by an outage from one of our upstream service providers, has largely been resolved. Most systems are operating normally, though some capacity constraints remain as our provider works toward full restoration.

Automations that were running during the outage may have failed to complete. These runs will not be re-executed automatically, but you should have received email notifications for any that failed. Automations that were stuck in a pending state are now being processed normally.

If you continue to experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support team.
