Hello everyone,

I tried searching for an answer but unfortunately couldn’t find one.

I am trying to upgrade to the Pro Plan but it looks like I have to pay the full amount for monthly, I just paid for an annual subscription on the Plus Plan.


any thoughts?

Welcome to the community, @SamA! :grinning_face_with_big_eyes: I suggest contacting Airtable support directly to discuss your options for possibly prorating your payment. Someone here might have done a similar jump as what you did, but going straight to the source is always recommended.
