I’m reaching out urgently with this question because I still haven’t received a response from support. In one of our dashboards, we have uploaded files that we share with clients, but for the past 2 days all the file links have been returning an error when downloading.
The message we get is directly:
“Check if there is a typo in s3.dualstack.us-east-1.amazonaws.com.
If it is spelled correctly, try running the Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”
Has this happened to anyone else?
