Using form `prefill_` and `single select` with hidden values

Hello there!

I am building a simple newsletter form on my website

In my database I want to automatically fill the information with user Type(a single Select) as a Fan

On my website I am using this link

https://airtable.com/embed/<FORM_ID>?prefill_Type=Fan

But I can’t get the data when I am filling the form.
I I add an email, the Type is empy

Am I missing something?

Have you tried including the field in your form? I think that’s the only way to do it

Yes If I add the field in the form it works.
But that’s not what I want.

I don’t want to allow people to choose their own Type.
