Hi, I have shared a Base with two users from a different organisation (our client) by an email Invite to the whole Base.
They are using the same view links as we do, and they cannot see the view filtering options (icons are hidden).
What can be the root cause of the problem?
We have already tested the same invite with a test account and it works fine - same Editor permissions, no specific settings applied, but we can see all icons on the test account.
Might this be linked to some restrictions on the client's side or a web browser with cookie restrictions?
We are unable to identify the problem so far.
