Hi Airtable Community -

I have table A which has a column that stores links to records in table B.  When I am in an expanded view of a record in table A and I click on the linked entry to open the linked record in table B, what determines what view is used for table B?  Is there a way to specify what view the linked record should open in?  I only want to display a few fields on the table B entry and I'm unsure how to do that.

Thanks in advance!

I believe the first view in the table's view list is what's used:

Thanks for that information, but it does raise a question for me.  Can't each collaborator change the order of their views - maybe some have Favorites, maybe some don't.  As an Admin/Developer - can I control the order in which they appear?

Thanks again!

Not that I'm aware of I'm afraid.  Maybe Enterprise has that permission setting?

I'd open a support ticket and confirm it if I were you though
