I work primarily on a PC but when I sign into my mac using the same username and password, I can’t see all of my views.  I have ‘show everyone’s personal views’ selected but that shouldn’t matter when I’m logged in personally on both devices. Any ideas?

Hey @cassieTA!

This should not be happening. Just in case it matters, are you using the desktop app on mac or broweser?

Woul dyou mind checking on browser?

On the PC I’m fine with the desktop app and the browser, no difference between the two. On the mac it’s the browser.

This is strange for sure. Did you try hard refreshing with Cmd + Shift + R?

And you are 100% you are on the same base (not a duplicare), on the same account. Right?

Feel free to send a few screenshots (including URLs so we can check app id)

This is usually caused by small environment differences in Airtable even when logins are the same.

Some common causes of this are:

-You might be in a different workspace or a duplicate copy of the base-personal views exist only in the base they were created.

-Desktop app caches things differently from the browser potentially preventing views from refreshing

-Airtable can sometimes treat sessions differently across devices (permissions, SSO vs password login, etc.)

Something you can try:

-Double-check workspace and base URL

-Log out and back in

-Do a hard refresh (Cmd + Shift + R)

-Update the desktop app if you’re using it

If it still doesn’t work, contact support they may need to check the base permissions.
