Thanks Saastronomical. I went there and submitted a request as well. The bot didn’t help much. I also left twitter messages. Would you be able to direct me to support? real support?


This is tricky, happened to me several times because I use diferent users in google chrome. I have workflows in Slack and Zapier that trigger steps to an Airtable Form (for instance). If I have my browser in the user that is not in the Pro version of Airtable as user, automatically open the form and incorporate it as a pay user without any note or alarm. I have to monitor permanently my workspace to erase it everytime I open the form from the wrong user.
