we cannot update a field on our content calendar

Hi, I needed help with airtable, specifically on the fields of our content calendar. We have this added field that says “Updated Verbiage” and this is where we usually attach the Updated Document. We were able to use that before but recently and these past few weeks, we had a hard time using it because the field is not working. We cannot click the field and add the updated document. Has anyone experienced the same dilemma and how were you able to fixed it?

Do you have a screenshot or a Loom video of the problem?

If you’re working with an interface, make sure that that field is set to “editable” instead of “View-only”.

Also, make sure that you haven’t set any field permissions on that field (or table permissions on that table) that might prevent editing.
