I have 9-10 editors for a team project. Shall I choose Plus version or Pro version? Also, I want edit the field in the airtable, does Plus has the function?

Usually the most important difference is the record limit per base, but there are several other differences as well.
Note that the plan is per workspace, so you cannot have some people on plus and others on pro. The prices are also per user. So having 9-10 editors can be quite expensive if you are used to a free plan. Both plans will let paid collaborators edit fields.
