Where in Airtable do I look to find how many emails have been sent per day? And is it every 24 hours or per actual day?

Hey @Dana_Selzer,

Would you mind providing some more context?

If you mean emails sent by an Airtable Automation using the gmail or outlook integration, unfortunately the only way in which you can find this is either checking you Sent inbox on your email software, or looking at the specific automation Run History.

You could however build an “Emails” table and make sure that your automation not only sends out the email via gmail/outlook, but also logs it (creates a record for it) on you Emails table.

Having said that, having additional info would be great!

I don’t think we have access to that kind of analytics I’m afraid.  You could try building your own tool by creating a table of collaborator emails, logging every email that gets sent out, then using a script or something to compare the email addresses to determine whether it’s external

Probably simpler if you just use the ‘Send Gmail’/’Send Outlook’ email actions as those don’t have limits though
