Currently using Airtable to store all my Training Recordings for teams. I have a interface built out for these training but when it shows up blank in the interface because there is no thumbnail/preview in the data side. I can click onto the recording which will play the video but there’s no thumbnail. Am I able to customize a thumbnail image or add a picture?
+1Airtable doesn’t auto-generate video thumbnails, so to fix blank previews in your interface, add a separate attachment field for custom thumbnail images. Upload a screenshot or relevant image for each video, MyFordBenefits then configure your interface to display that field instead of the video. This gives you full control over how each training recording appears.
