Zapier: difference between New record and New record in view?

Hi, I would like to make a ‘Zap’ in Zapier and use Airtable as a trigger. I get 2 options: New Record (Triggers when a new record is available) and New Record in View (Triggers when a new record is available in a view.)

What is the difference?

    One detects a new record in a Table (in any View), and the other detects it in an specific View.
