Hi, I have a 3rd party program that documents all the incoming phone calls received via my client’s website and various other relevant information (UTM parameters, status call, status duration etc.). I tried to integrate these details into a CRM dashboard in Airtable via a webhook, but it doesn’t work.


In order to make sure that the data arrives the way it should from that 3rd party program, I integrated it with Google Sheets and the information indeed comes through just fine.


I even tried to integrate that Google Sheets table as a trigger, so the data would be received by the Airtable dashboard, but it doesn’t work, either.


Any ideas what could be wrong? Please help me!

What is the error you are receiving from Zapier?
