I am writing in from Singapore and over the weekend I am experiencing very slow and laggy performance on AirTable. I have 9 tables in my base, with less than 10 rows in each table.

How could I speed up the performance?

This is the message I get.

I encountered this too!  Do you find that it gets really slow some nights as well?

Hi Adam @TheTimeSavingCo ,

I have been experiencing it the whole of the weekend. I have to wait 5 minutes everytime I create a new table.

they are cutting down too much costs and yet doubling prices. Price increases are fine but don't degrade the service

Hi, our workspace with multiple bases are all running slow. We are getting the Error - permissions message with “try refresh the page”
Also trying to create or link a record takes 2-3mins to catch up. It’s crazy

I have the same issue -- even with very small bases. So the data in the base is not the issue. Very disappointing as this is frustrating for my team and embarrassing when clients notice.

Hey @Markus_Akert,

I would suggest you take a look at this post re: factors affecting base performance. However, as you mention this actually happens even with very small bases, I would highly suggest you reach out to support@airtable.com. Make sure to ask for a human response, as their intial response is usually AI generated (at least that is my feeling). Once you do get that human in the loop, they are usually pretty helpful!

Completely different matter, but would love to have you join our Airtable Hackathon! Make sure to sign up!!
