I have a list of tasks that has been assigned to multiple users.
At the database, next to the task I created a 'Task Owners' field, which is populated with one or more users.
The assignees ('Task Owners') need to receive immediate updates about their tasks,
so I created an automation, and under the 'Send to' field,
I chose the 'Task Owners' field.
However, it seems they do not receive,

If so, is it that your automation is erroring out? Or is that the automation appears to be working fine but your users don't receive the emails?

Ah given that the automation isn't erroring out there doesn't seem like much you can do on Airtable's side. Since they're not receiving anything, not even in spam, I'd advise opening a support ticket and seeing what they can recommend
