Hi All! I've been researching to see what is the best way to create a Service Level Agreement (SLA) through Airtable and then send out to clients to sign. I've been told this can be done. Any help would be much appreciated!

+35To automatically create a professional PDF document like this (and then automatically send it to your clients for signing), you would need to turn to external tools.
There are dozens of different services out there that can create the document for you, such as Documint or Docs Automator or Formstack Documents or PDFMonkey and there are many more out there as well.
However, most of my Airtable consulting clients just turn to plain old fashioned Google Docs or Microsoft Word, which are typically the best options.
No matter which document creation app you chose, all of these could be fully automated with Make, which is a low-code/no-code automation tool for Airtable that doesn’t require any knowledge of programming code.
Then, after the document is created, you would continue to use Make to automatically send it to any signature service that they support.
When it's all said and done, you will end up with a signed PDF file that would be automatically stored in Airtable.
All of this will take you many hours to setup & configure, but once it's completely setup, it will run perfectly & automatically for you in the future.
There is a learning curve with Make, which is why I created this basic navigation video to help. I also provide the links to a few other Make training resources there as well.
